At The Wedding Nanny Co., we believe every wedding is for all — and that includes the littlest guests, too.

From the moment we begin a conversation, we work alongside couples, planners, and venues with one shared priority: protecting the guest experience. Thoughtfully integrated childcare allows parents to be fully present, planners to execute without disruption, and weddings to unfold exactly as designed — elegant, intentional, and uninterrupted.

Our team is trusted by industry professionals because we understand weddings from the inside out. We don’t simply “watch children.” We anticipate needs, read the room, and operate with the same discretion and professionalism as the rest of your vendor team. Every decision we make — from staffing to setup to timing — is guided by one question: Does this enhance the experience for everyone involved?

Our process is intuitive and turnkey. Together, we define the children’s experience, design a beautifully tailored play space, staff it with trained childcare professionals, and coordinate seamlessly with your event team so everything flows effortlessly. By the time the last dance ends and the lights come on, we’ve quietly done our job: children are content, parents are present, planners are supported — and the celebration remains as refined and undisturbed as it began.

Below, you’ll see each step of how we partner, plan, and deliver — step by step, with intention at every turn.

Our Process

  • The Discovery Call

Every great experience begins with connection. During your initial discovery call, we’ll learn about your wedding day — the venue, timeline, guest list, and the children who’ll be joining the celebration. It’s a chance for us to understand your vision and ensure our care aligns seamlessly with the rhythm of your event. If you know your exact needs, this step can be skipped.

  • The Booking

We believe booking childcare for your wedding should feel effortless. For our core offerings, couples can select the package that best fits their day and add it directly to their cart through our online platform. For events requiring additional coverage, customization, or expanded guest needs, we offer a tailored booking experience. Packages beyond our first two are thoughtfully designed through a custom proposal, allowing us to build the right level of care, staffing, and play space design for your specific event.

  • The Care Call

About one month before the wedding, we schedule a brief call focused on the children themselves — their ages, personalities, routines, and any special needs or sensitivities. This step allows us to curate a space that feels safe, engaging, and perfectly suited to every child attending. If we are serving an infant or child with exceptional needs, their nanny is often included on this call.

  • The Wedding Day

On your wedding day, our team arrives early to set up a beautifully curated playroom — complete with tents, books, crafts, imaginative toys, and quiet corners for rest. Our nannies, trained in both childcare and wedding-day professionalism, handle everything from setup to supervision and cleanup, allowing parents and planners to focus fully on the celebration.

  • The Wrap-Up

When the night winds down, our team tidies the play space and ensures each child is happily reunited with their family, or is happily put to bed. Every detail — from pickup to pack-up — is handled with quiet efficiency. By the time the lights dim, we’ve left behind only laughter, peace, and unforgettable memories.

  • Beyond the Wedding

Our work doesn’t end when the evening does. The relationships we build often continue well beyond a single celebration. We’re proud to support the communities we serve through ongoing partnerships with organizations like Note in the Pocket, and by caring for the families behind the wedding industry itself. From guest celebrations to community events, our impact extends far beyond one day — because caring for families isn’t just what we do, it’s who we are.
